User's Interference with LobbyDelegates.com's website relieves V-Empower of any of its contractual or other legal obligations to the User, including V-Empower's obligations under its Privacy Policy. 16) V-Empower will cooperate with the authorities in prosecuting any User who interferes with LobbyDelegates.com's website, attempts to defraud V-Empower, or attempts to defraud credit card companies or any other parties through User's use of LobbyDelegates.com's website or services. 17)V-Empower reserve the right to refuse any or all services to any User for any reason, at any time, at V-Empower's sole discretion. User agrees that V-Empower may block its IP address or addresses at any time, and at V-Empower's sole discretion, thereby disallowing User's continued use of LobbyDelegates.com's website. 18) Users agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users. 19) Users acknowledge their right to use the service is personal to them, unless expressed otherwise. 20) User agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express consent of LobbyDelegates.com's and its owners, V-Empower Inc. 21) User will be held liable for any unauthorized use of their account by any third-party. User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account. 22)The User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other terms of service may be changed without notice by V-Empower, and the use of website or services constitutes agreement with and acceptance of any such changes. 23) LobbyDelegates.com reserves the right to terminate/suspend usership, along with any and all information, communications, posts, or blogs at any time, without notice. 24)LobbyDelegates.com may also terminate Usership, with deletion of any and all information, communications, posts, or blogs for online conduct that LobbyDelegates.com deems harmful to other users, the business of LobbyDelegates.com or other third-party information providers. 25)LobbyDelegates.com reserves the right to release current or past user information that LobbyDelegates.com believes is in violation of the terms of service or page content guidelines, or used to commit unlawful acts, or if the information is subpoenaed, and/or if LobbyDelegates.com deems it necessary and/or appropriate. 26) LobbyDelegates.com provides this service with the best possible intentions and is not liable for any unforeseen event such as interruptions, failures, delays in the delivery of content or services available within the usership area. If any part, term, or provision of this Agreement shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law of central, state, or local government having jurisdiction over this Agreement, the remaining portions or provisions shall still remain valid and continue in full force and effect. 27) This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without resorting to any jurisdiction's conflict of laws, rules or doctrines. Any claim, action, suit, or proceeding (collectively, "Claim") between V-Empower and the User that arises from or relates to this Agreement shall be brought and conducted solely and exclusively with a Court of competent jurisdiction in Maryland. V-Empower reserves the right to take any or all action it may deem appropriate, in its sole discretion, with respect to violations or enforcement of the terms of this Agreement, and expressly reserves all rights and remedies available to V-Empower at law or in equity. 28)LobbyDelegates.com expressly disclaims all guaranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LobbyDelegates.com makes no guarantee that the services will meet the user's requirements, or the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does 29)LobbyDelegates.com make any guarantee as to the results that may be obtained through the service or that defects in the software will be corrected. 30) User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at the user's own discretion and risk and user will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. 31) No advice or information, whether oral or written, which the user obtains from LobbyDelegates.com or through the service will create any guarantee not expressly made herein. 32) LobbyDelegates.com does not endorse in anyway any content, views or comments made by users on their Posts. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and current and that you will pay all charges owed, including any applicable taxes. 35) You agree that you are solely responsible for any personal income reporting and tax payments required of you by applicable government authorities.
